The Rattlesnake Pole Bean is an open pollinated heirloom pole bean. Beautiful green pods with purple streaks and a hearty flavor. The bean seed is beige with rattlesnake like streaks. These were a huge hit at our local farmers market.  We found them to be very disease resistant -- very prolific as well! Does good in hot weather. Growing pole beans is a space saver when growing vertical on a fence or trellis. Maturity: about 80 days
