Bloomsdale spinach is easy to grow and has never disappointed us. This type of spinach is a savoyed spinach instead of smooth leaved. It is disease resistant, extremely productive, and does better in warm weather than other spinach. It's been around since 1925 and continues to be a favorite among acclaimed chefs. Our personal favorite!
